If you order with us before 3pm on a weekday (excluding Friday), we will dispatch your order the same day.
If you order on a weekend, please allow until the following Monday for your order to be dispatched.
During holiday periods, please allow additional time for your order to reach you.
Delivery (UK)
Our main courier; APC, aims to deliver within 48 hours. Please note that you will need to be present at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is present at the delivery address, the courier will then take your order to your nearest depot where you should contact and arrange a redelivery date that is suitable.
If your order is shipped with Royal Mail, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
Our Saturday next day delivery can only be offered if your order is placed before 1:30pm on the Friday, please do not select this option after 1:30pm as your order will need to wait for Monday for dispatch.
Please note: Orders will NOT be left unattended, a signature is required for the courier to record successful delivery.
Delivery (Mainland Europe)
For our Mainland European customers, we will ship your order using Royal Mail International. Royal Mail claim to deliver within 3 – 5 working days.
Please note: The customer is liable for any customs, excise or duty occurred on their package.
